Grandmama's Pork Chops

Baked Pork Chops
My grandmama served baked pork chops a lot in the summer. They pair well with all the wonderful vegtables of summer! Enjoy!!

1 package pork chops
Sauce: (Melt all together in a small saucepan)
5 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
Pinch of red pepper
Salt to taste
I like to brown my chops in a skillet on top of the stove. Put a little olive oil in the skillet. No seasonings. After browning, place desired amount of chops in a pyrex
glass dish. Pour melted sauce over them. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for an hour. Check...can go longer if need be.
