Lemonade Pie

My daughter, Katie, and
her good friend, Jordan, would get together in Jr. and High school and make this pie...just for themselves!!! They
loved it and was easy.

1 small can pink lemonade
1 can condensed milk
1 small cool whip, thawed
1/2 package Knox gelatin
Red food coloring
1 baked and cooled pie shell or 12 party shells or homemade graham cracker crust

Chill milk and leave lemonade in freezer.  Add lemonade to milk, breaking up as you take from can.  Add a small amount of red food coloring and stir.  sprinkle 1/2 package gelatin over mixture and stir in.  Fold in cool whip.  Put in pie crust and return to refrigerator.  Sets up fast so can be served soon.
