Try this tasty side dish at your Thanksgiving table this year. This recipe was shared with me by Elizabeth Cossar.
2 cups squash--drained and mashed
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix--cooked and broken apart
1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
1 bell pepper- -chopped (OPTIONAL)
1 stick butter or oleo
Saute' onion and pepper in butter. Mix rest with onion and peppers.
Cook 350* for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
