Potato Salad

Potato Salad

Take this delicious potato salad to your next family gathering and you will see it disappear! This recipe came from a local barbeque restaurant in Little Rock where my daughter lives. It is sure to become a family favorite!

3 1/2 pounds red potatoes
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. black pepper
1 t. white pepper
1 t. dry Ranch dressing
1 t. salt
1/3 cup chives
1/2 cup green onions, chopped fine
1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled into small pieces
2 cups sour cream
2 cups mayo
splash of white vinegar

Cut potatoes in half and cook til tender. Cool and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cook and crumble bacon and allow to cool. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and refrigerate. Can make ahead to allow flavors to mingle. Enjoy!
