Shrimp Dip

This recipe was given to me by my Aunt Jan Hodges from Denham Springs, LA. It is a family favorite! This dip would be a great appetizer to take to a Super Bowl party!
Shrimp Dip
2 cans shrimp, drained
16 oz. sour cream
1 to 2 bunches green onions
1 1/2 T. lemon juice
Salt/Pepper to taste
De-vein (if needed) the shrimp. Cut or mash into small pieces. Mix with the sour cream. Chop the green onions thoroughly and add to the mixture. Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper (to taste) to the mixture. Wait at least a couple of hours before serving. Great with crackers or chips!
